Luke Garnsworthy founded the original Crockers Chef’s Table in Hertfordshire, in 2016. The dream was to stand out from the norm and provide guests with a unique experience.
Having grown up in the catering industry, and with four former generations of his family having carved careers as chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers and publicans – the passion for food and hospitality was in Luke’s blood.
Moving from Exeter to work as a chef in London, Luke went on to learn from some of the best chefs in the country, including Heston Blumenthal, Ashley Palmer-Watts and Marcus Wareing. He now applies the same exceptional standards he developed in the kitchen across the whole guest experience, while using the talents of outstanding chefs and hospitality professionals to deliver a unique experience. Luke is Chief Executive and a board director.
