Junior Sous (Bar & Grill) at Crockers Henley
This is no ordinary Junior Sous role.

The Grill at Crockers Henley will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as serving brunch at the weekend. It will offer an unrivalled range of quality steaks, fish and shellfish roasted over our bespoke Robata charcoal grill. You will be working under the direction of our talented Head Chef, Tom Westerland.
This role will suit an experienced Chef de Partie, Junior Sous or a Sous Chef with a , who is keen to take a leadership role within the wider business and has great customer service and people skills.
To join our fun but professional, you’ll need to be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have a good eye for detail and an ability to work effectively under pressure. You’ll be working with an award-wining team of chefs, mixologists and sommeliers.
