This is no ordinary Commis Chef role.
Experience is everything! Our modern restaurants offer the highest standards of service, alongside outstanding food and carefully curated drinks, in a relaxed and unpretentious environment. We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join one of our three kitchen teams.
Each Chef’s Table will present its own relaxed fine-dining offering. Head Chef Dean Westcar, will serve a seasonal, modern British tasting menu, whilst Head Chef Ian Dixon’s Table, will see a Pan-Asian tasting experience take centre-stage. Led by Head Chef Tom Westerland, the Bar & Grill will offer an unrivalled range of steaks, fish and shellfish roasted over a custom-built, Robata grill.
To join our fun but professional, you’ll need to be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have a good eye for detail and an ability to work effectively under pressure.
You’ll be working with an award-wining team of chefs, mixologists and sommeliers. In return, you will be the given the opportunity to learn, grow and develop your knowledge of food, wine and service – with great rates of pay, excellent training and an outstanding benefits package.
