Bar Manager | Head Mixologist – The Bar at Crockers Henley
This is no ordinary Bar Manager role.
Crockers Henley, opening in April 2020, will offer a number of unique dining experiences, as well as elegantly-styled accommodation, in one of the UK’s most sought after riverside locations.
The Bar at Crockers Henley will be a destination in its own right and will be the perfect place for you to showcase your talent, creativity and flair.
As Bar Manager you will have the mixology, cocktail, beer and wine knowledge to deliver an outstanding product and guest experience, whilst leading the team during service. You will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with guests. You will be passionate about hospitality, and obsessively detailed about little touches – demanding the very best from yourself and your team.
Ideally you will have a minimum 2 years experience at supervisor/junior manager level. You must have experience of leading a team of bartenders. Must be able to work the majority of Fridays/Saturdays. Some experience of managing events would be beneficial.
The successful candidate shall be responsible for the day to day running of the bar, so should be fully confident in the areas of alcohol and licensing law (a personal license would be beneficial). You will also assist the management team with any other areas of the business as required, including staff hiring & training, menu development, event management, and service standards.
